Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Mission Relevant Terrain – Cyber (MRT-C) Site Lead in the Colorado Springs, CO area. You will lead a large multidisciplinary team delivering high-priority U.S.

Space Force missions, establish priorities, develop personnel, and ensure contract compliance and high-quality MRT-C products. The role requires strong leadership, MRT-C space and cybersecurity experience, and effective engagement with Government stakeholders to maintain mission alignment and successful

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead large, technical teams in a DoD or complex mission environment.
• Strong leadership judgment balancing mission requirements, expectations, and priorities.
• Ability to mentor personnel, develop leaders, and manage performance and workloads.
• Experience interfacing with senior Government and company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a large multidisciplinary team supporting MRT-C activities.
• Set priorities, roles, responsibilities, and performance standards.
• Foster a professional culture focused on mission accomplishment and growth.
• Mentor leads and analysts, identifying development opportunities.
• Delegate responsibilities and develop subordinate leaders for continuity.
• Identify and resolve issues before impacting contract execution.
• Communicate schedules, decisions, and critical program information effectively.
• Establish repeatable processes for quality and knowledge management.
• Coordinate with program management and Government stakeholders to stay aligned with requirements.
• Provide responsive communication to Government and leadership on risks and needs.
• Lead MRT-C analysis of priority space missions and support defensive cyber activities.
• Guide mission analysis to identify cyber dependencies and mitigation strategies.
• Support mission thread data development for risk assessment and defense planning.
• Oversee ORAs, ADPs, and MRT-C products.
• Analyze MRT-C results against vulnerabilities and threats to identify Key Terrain – Cyber.
• Ensure mission data is accurate in MADSS and other repositories.
