Nisga'a CIOPS, LLC in Colorado Springs seeks a Mission Relevant Terrain - Cyber (MRT-C) Site Lead to direct a large, multidisciplinary team delivering MRT-C products for USSF missions. The role requires strong leadership, mission assurance, and cyber defense experience to align with contract requirements and government expectations.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in mission-critical environments, CISSP or Security+ with related qualifications, and TS/SCI clearance, to guide analysis, risk

Qualifications

• Over 10 years supporting USSF mission capabilities, MRT-C identification, Mission Assurance, or similar.
• Over 5 years leading technical personnel and delivering client-facing results.
• Bachelor’s or higher in IT-related field; security certs required; TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large, multidisciplinary team supporting MRT-C activities.
• Set priorities, roles, and performance standards across the team.
• Communicate with Government stakeholders and leadership regarding risks, resources, and schedules.
• Mentor leads and analysts, support workforce development and retention.
• Ensure parental and subordinate leaders execute training and knowledge transfer.
