Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize AI/ML solutions that strengthen cybersecurity capabilities. You will collaborate with AI Engineers, Software Engineers, and Cyber Operators to prototype and deploy robust AI systems.

Requirements include 2+ years in threat hunting, ML inference, MITRE ATT&CK, Python/Bash/Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka data workflows, and SIEM expertise; TS/SCI clearance or eligibility; HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with cyber threat hunting and analysis of compromises within security logs, including endpoint and network data.
• 2+ years of experience exploring datasets, training machine learning models to perform inference, and utilizing the output to further cyber investigations.
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework, MISP threat sharing, or cyber intelligence platforms, including seQure.
• Experience packaging and deploying production-level models using Python, Bash, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL, or data streaming technologies, including Kafka.
• Experience with SIEM technologies such as Splunk or ElasticSearch.
• Experience with developing novel solutions for challenging problems.
• Experience working in a fast paced team rapidly prototyping and iterating.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
