Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Attorney to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Representing clients in court or before government agencies
• Presenting evidence in litigation
• Interpreting laws and regulations
• Drafting legal documents
• Negotiating settlements
• Conducting legal research
• Ensuring legal compliance in transactions
• Handling discovery, motions, trial prep, and execution
• Managing construction defect and personal injury cases

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state and in good standing
• Minimum 5+ years of insurance defense experience
• Trial, motions, discovery, and litigation experience
• Knowledge of construction defect cases (a plus)
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to handle a large caseload and meet deadlines
• High ethical standards
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office
