Job summary

Precision Focus is seeking a qualified professional to support the Command's cyberspace mission through analysis of observations from operations, exercises, and wargames, delivering recommendations to improve doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, and education.

The role requires experience with Joint/Service Lessons Learned, briefing senior leaders, and a Bachelor's degree, with TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Joint or Service Lessons Learned or Training evaluation experience.
• Three years of experience working for or supporting a Combatant Command, Service HQ, Joint Force Headquarters, Joint Task Force, Joint Duty Assignment, Cyber Mission Force team, or Intelligence Community organizations.
• Two years of experience interacting with and providing briefs to senior leaders.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Analyze observations from operations, activities, exercises, experiments, and wargames and provide recommendations for improvements to doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, and education, DOTMLPF-P.
• Assist the Command Issues Resolution process by developing recommendations for best practices that improve operations or activities and result in an internalized change to capability, process, or procedure.
• Assist the Command Lessons Learned Program in collecting information and providing independent analysis.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for USCYBERCOM's Lessons Learned Program to identify, track, and resolve issues affecting training, exercises, and mission readiness.
• Establish and maintain business processes to ensure all referred issues are fully and accurately recorded.
