Job summary

nDepth Security, LLC is seeking a Course Support 2 to deliver and support classified courses under the Statement of Work. They will lead assigned offerings, apply established classroom and laboratory procedures, support course preparation and closeout, and resolve moderately complex student and lab workflow issues within authorized instructor permissions.

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required, with multiple education/experience paths and the ability to coordinate with content developers, CMS

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus six years of relevant experience; OR
• Bachelor’s degree plus eight years of relevant experience; OR
• Associate’s degree plus ten years of relevant experience; OR
• At least six months of FORGE/HAMR teaching experience within last two years.
• Five years of IO or EA experience or T50 Exploiter Trainer certification within last two years.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructor for assigned offerings; standardize instructional delivery and lab procedures.
• Deliver advanced technical instruction and explain tradecraft decisions and risk.
• Troubleshoot student and lab issues; coordinate with LMS, sysadmin, network, and QA teams.
• Review grading and assessment behavior; document issues and reproduce fixes.
• Maintain familiarity with course maps, schedules, and baselines; coordinate updates.
• Review performance trends; recommend clarifications to courseware and labs.
• Contribute instructor input to end-of-course reports and improvement recommendations.
• Protect assessment integrity and report any irregularities through approved channels.
