Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks mission-oriented DOD Cyber Operational Planners to support the planning, development, execution and analysis of full spectrum cyber operations for U.S. government clients, including defense and civilian agencies.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years of relevant experience (8 years with MS/MA), with duties spanning planning, orders, and joint coordination across planning groups.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Cyberspace Joint Operation Planner with BA/BS, or 8 years with MS/MA, or 7 years with Ph.D, or 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree with high school diploma.
• Knowledge of the JPP, JOPES, and APEX planning formats and guidance.
• Education or experience with military joint operations planning through JPME II or CJCS education programs may be substituted for JPME II

Responsibilities

• Provide input for development of Plans, CONOPs, COAs, TTPs and related documents for Cyber Operations and IO planning.
• Monitor and review strategies, doctrine, policies, directives from HQ and advise on planning compliance.
• Develop plans and orders using JOPP and APEX within milestones and deliverables.
• Provide input to briefings and assist in coordination of joint operational planning for training, exercises, and contingencies.
• Develop/integrate cyberspace capabilities into deliberate, contingency, operation, and crisis plans.
• Address shortfalls, prioritize requirements, and adapt planning in a dynamic cyberspace environment.
• Contribute to exercise scenarios and exercise operation plans to support training priorities.
• Participate in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Planning Groups/Teams
