Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to support an on-site incident response mission for a U.S. Government customer.

You will lead use case identification, gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements. You will develop business cases for technology insertions and ensure traceability through the integration lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst.
• Experience with use case development and user story creation.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements.
• Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions.
• Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives.
• Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
• Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation.
• Support governance review processes with business impact analysis.
• Develop metrics frameworks for measuring pilot and production outcomes.
• Create stakeholder communications and status reports.
• Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle.
• Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentation.
• Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure pilot scope discipline and clear exit/transition decisions.
