Job summary

Nightwing in the United States (Arlington) seeks a Cyber Information Technologies Requirements Manager to support the EOS mission. You will gather, analyze, and translate customer IT requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive delivery across the lifecycle using Jira/Confluence.

The role requires US citizenship, an active DoD security clearance (TS/SCI preferred), 8+ years in cyber systems engineering, knowledge of SELC, SAFe, DevSecOps, and strong collaboration across agencies.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
• 8+ years of direct relevant experience in cyber systems engineering.
• Knowledge of SELC processes, Change Management, traceability and related tools.
• Understanding Government information security policies and RMF.
• Ability to work across agencies and locations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, prioritize, analyze, and validate detailed customer IT requirements.
• Interface with developers, engineers, and customers to monitor progress.
• Document requirements and track via Jira/Confluence; facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Explain current capabilities to customers and recommend efficiencies for EOS/TH/CISA.
