Job summary

ANALYGENCE is seeking an OED Technical Lead to direct operations within the Operations Enablement Directorate at the DoD Cyber Crime Center in Maryland. This role requires managing a team of intelligence analysts, ensuring quality control of analytical products, and developing methodologies for cyber investigations. Candidates should have 7 years of relevant experience, active Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility, and strong project management skills. Familiarity with CADO-IS and ADO platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility.
• 7 years leading technical efforts or supervising teams in intelligence analysis.
• Experience using HUMINT and SIGINT methods.
• 5 years developing methodologies for cyber investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor personnel in the Operations Enablement Directorate.
• Ensure quality of analytical products.
• Support development of collection requirements.
• Manage performance of all-source cyber analysis efforts.
• Conduct quarterly cyber capability assessments.
