Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Cyber Instructor to design, develop, and deliver highly technical training for defense operations. The role requires engaging teaching skills, customer service adaptability, and a background in joint-service defensive operations and cyber analysis.

Qualifications

Clearance required: active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
Experience: 6 years with Bachelor's, 4 years with Master's, or 10 years with HS Diploma.
Experience conducting technical training in classrooms or small groups.
Experience in cyber operations and analysis.
Experience in training curriculum development.
Must travel up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS; hybrid work with 1–2 days in local office.

Responsibilities

Solicit and define learning requirements and objectives for complex technical concepts and scenario-based training.
Develop engaging training materials across formats including web-based training, videos, slides, guides, and labs.
Conduct advanced training courses in cyber hunt, log analysis, intrusion investigation, software operations, and platform architecture.
Revise course materials to stay current with development processes.
