Tyonek Manufacturing Group, Inc. is seeking Cyber Instructors to train Military and Government Civilian students in Defensive Cyber Operations. Instructors must pass the course and an Instructor Methodology Course, with duties including team-taught labs and updating lessons.

Shifts run 0700-1600 or 1500-0001; TS/SCI clearance is required and post-offer drug testing is performed. Qualifications include an Associate's degree, 3 years in Cyber Warfare/Defensive Cyber Operations, IAT/M Level II, and

Qualifications

  • An Associate's degree in a related area is required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Cyber Warfare/Defensive Cyber Operations is desired.
  • IAT/M Level II certification is required.
  • AF Cyber Weapon System experience and/or Cyber Protection Team Experience is preferred.
  • Top Secret Clearance/SCI required.
  • Certifications GNFA, GCIH, GSEC, CISSP, CASP and Sec+ are desirable.
  • Drug-free workplace with post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct lessons in the course assigned; most lessons are team-taught with 1 primary and 2-3 supporting instructors.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of lessons to preserve instructor qualification.
  • Develop new or update existing lessons as assigned.
  • Work may be split into two shifts (S and T); 0700-1600 and 1500-0001.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

DUTIES
  • Instruct lessons in course assigned. Most lessons are team-taught with 1 primary and 2 - 3 supporting instructors to facilitate students during labs.
  • In-depth knowledge (subject matter expertise) of lessons is required to maintain instructor qualification.
  • Develop new and/or update existing lessons as assigned.
  • Work may be split into two shifts, S and T. Duty hours for "S" shift are 0700-1600 and for "T" shift, 1500-0001. Shift preference will be taken into consideration where possible.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
Education/ Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in a related area is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of Cyber Warfare/ Defensive Cyber Operations is desired.
  • IAT/M Level II certification is required
  • AF Cyber Weapon System experience and/or Cyber Protection Team Experience is preferred
  • Top Secret Clearance/SCI required.
  • The following certifications are desired: GNFA, GCIH, GSEC, CISSP, CASP, Sec+.
