Job summary

Leidos' Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) is seeking a Cyber Infrastructure Support professional for the Omaha, NE office. The role involves hands-on administration across Windows and Linux, patch management, and secure configuration in a classified, air‑gapped environment.

You will install and configure servers, workstations, and infrastructure hardware, manage Active Directory and group policy, and troubleshoot complex issues while collaborating with cybersecurity and engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of prior relevant experience; additional experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Current DoD 8140 IAT II or equivalent certification required.
• Active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret clearance.
• Hands-on IT infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity operations experience.
• Experience with Windows desktop/server OS, software installation, patching, and hardening.
• Familiarity with patch management, security baselines, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and infrastructure components.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, updates, removals, and configuration changes.
• Support OS and application patch management, including testing, deployment, validation, and documentation.
• Install firmware, drivers, and hardware-management updates for servers, storage, and network devices.
• Support secure transfer, validation, scanning, and installation in classified or air-gapped environments.
• Configure and administer Windows Server OS and AD, including GPOs and user objects.
