Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Colorado Springs is seeking a Cyber Infrastructure Systems Engineer (CISE) to support mission-critical systems in a secure environment. The role focuses on system administration, AWS, and platform engineering.

You will work with DoD RMF controls, Red Hat Linux, OpenShift, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, partnering with cybersecurity and development teams. A Secret Clearance and DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 2 certs are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 2+ years, or 8+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Secret Clearance required.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 2 certifications: CCNA-Security, Security+ CE, or higher.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical apps.
• Support and maintain CI/CD platforms for secure software delivery.
• Collaborate with software, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity teams to integrate infrastructure services.
• Automate system administration tasks using scripting and IaC approaches.
• Utilize virtualization (KVM, VMware, vSphere) and containers (OpenShift, Docker).
• Implement security controls per DoD RMF and requirements.
