Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking a Cyber Incident Manager to support a U.S. Government customer with onsite incident response. You will investigate, triage, and coordinate incident resolution across enterprise networks and critical assets.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and at least 5+ years in cyber incident management or cybersecurity operations, with familiarity in NIST 800-62 and FISMA. DHS suitability may be pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in cyber incident management or cybersecurity operations.
• Knowledge of incident response and handling methodologies.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-62 (latest revision) and FISMA reporting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Correlating incident data to identify trends in reported incidents.
• Recommending defense in depth principles and practices.
• Performing Computer Network Defense incident triage to determine scope and urgency.
• Researching and compiling known resolution steps to mitigate incidents.
• Applying cybersecurity concepts to detection and defense of intrusions.
• Monitoring external data sources to stay current on CND threats.
• Identifying incident causes and asking external entities for background/infection vectors.
• Receiving and analyzing network alerts to determine possible causes.
• Tracking CND incidents from detection through resolution and coordinating with other teams.
• Limited candidates may be hired for shift work; triaging and researching IOC indicators, escalating when needed.
