Accenture Security is seeking a Manager to lead human risk management and cybersecurity advisory programs for enterprise clients. You will serve as a delivery leader, orchestrating multi-workstream engagements with onshore and offshore teams, guiding governance, and shaping executive-level recommendations.
You will develop workshops, assess risk postures, and drive program ROI while mentoring junior resources and contributing to business development opportunities.
Accenture Security helps organizations prepare, protect, detect, respond, and recover along with all points of the security lifecycle. Cybersecurity challenges are different for every business in every industry. Leveraging our global resources and advanced technologies, we create integrated, turnkey solutions tailored to our client's needs across their entire value chain. Whether we’re defending against known cyberattacks, detecting and responding to the unknown, or running an entire security operations center, we will help companies build cyber resilience to grow with confidence. Our team of the security sector’s brightest people uses the coolest tech to out-hack the hackers and help clients build resilience from within. We blend risk strategy, digital identity, cyber defense, application security, and managed service solutions to rethink the entire security lifecycle.
Do you have the deep functional and technical experience to help implement security solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives? Do you have the expertise to design and deliver solutions for establishing system user's credentials, and processes for applying those credentials to access enterprise systems and applications?
As a Manager in Accenture's Security practice, you will forge strong relationships with some of the brightest minds in the business and serve as a trusted advisor and delivery leader for clients navigating the intersection of human behavior, cybersecurity risk, AI transformation, and organizational change.
You may be asked to:
Own and lead a human risk management (HRM) program from end-to-end; strategy through execution for a domestic or global enterprise client
Serve as a Delivery Lead or project manager, coordinating workstreams, managing resources, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams

Contribute to RFPs
Develop junior resources to set them up for success, ensuring effective execution while building their skills and professional capabilities.
What stays constant: your ability to bring credibility, calm, and momentum to whatever the engagement demands, as well as passion for your own self-directed continuous learning to remain an SMA on the evolving threat landscape.
Design and execute cybersecurity awareness, training, and behavior change programs for enterprise clients across various industries
Assess client human risk posture — including security culture gaps and training effectiveness — and translate findings into actionable roadmaps
Advise on and implement AI-enabled learning experiences and human risk management technologies
Translate emerging threat intelligence (social engineering, identity-based attacks, AI misuse, Responsible AI, Non-Human Identities) into practical, timely employee education and engagement strategies
Define and track KPIs that measure risk reduction, AI adoption, behavior change, security culture maturity, and program ROI
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional cybersecurity engagements — managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Stand up and run PMO functions: governance frameworks, reporting cadences, RAID logs, and executive dashboards
Coordinate distributed delivery teams — onshore, offshore, and client-side — with clarity and accountability
Develop executive-ready presentations, status reports, and strategic recommendations that drive decision-making at the C-suite and board level
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels of the organization — from CHROs and CISOs to frontline managers and operations practitioners
Facilitate workshops, webcasts, and working sessions that drive alignment and advance program momentum
Support business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and helping scope future engagements
Partner with Accenture's broader security, change management, and learning communities to bring the best of the firm to each client
