Job summary

Leidos Defense Group seeks a Cyber Security Fusion Analyst to support GSM-O II at Fort Meade. You will perform incident handling, threat discovery, and log/PCAP analysis to detect adversaries and guide mitigations.

You’ll help build Cyber Fusion SOPs and frameworks aligned with DoD directives, delivering risk assessments and actionable security insights. Candidates should hold an active TS/SCI clearance, a related bachelor's degree, and 8+ years of experience with networks, SIEMs, and threat

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required and eligible for polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of networks, protocols and cyber threats.
• Experience with SIEMs and threat intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform incident handling, event triage, and threat analysis.
• Develop SOPs and a Cyber Fusion Framework aligned to DoD guidance.
• Identify threats, propose mitigations, and improve security posture.
• Analyze logs, PCAP, and threat intel to guide prioritized plans.
• Provide risk assessments and support countermeasure recommendations.
