Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity leader to drive frontier cyber capabilities and agentic AI initiatives across EY’s enterprise. You will shape architectures, lead engineering teams, and craft strategic roadmaps to deliver measurable, enterprise-wide benefits.

The role requires deep cyber security and cryptography expertise, with proven ability to advise executives and influence decision-making in cybersecurity and emerging tech strategy.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Cyber security and cryptography.
• Experience with cyber defense principles and attack modeling.
• Knowledge of agentic AI as it relates to cyber security.
• Proven ability to advise executives and influence decision-making on cybersecurity strategy.
• Strong consulting skills with experience in roadmap development and client relationships.
• Leadership of engineering teams and cross-sector programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for Cyber Agentic frontier defense capabilities and assessments across the enterprise.
• Develop and drive Cyber Agentic frontier programs, assessments, and roadmaps.
• Shape and support go-to-market strategy for Cyber with global markets and partners.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and clients on risks and architectures.
• Lead PoC work and evaluation of frontier cyber platforms to simulate attacks and validate defenses.
• Produce high-quality technical content and executive-level reporting.
