You will own strategy, roadmaps, and governance for AI assistants, web experiences, communications, and knowledge, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and measurable security outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (IT, CS, Cybersecurity, Business, Communications, or related).
• 8+ years in digital product management, platform leadership, cybersecurity services, knowledge management, employee experience, or related.
• Experience with enterprise omnichannel/channel strategy and digital engagement across multiple channels.
• Experience leading digital product strategy across web, AI, workflow, communications, analytics, and self-service.
• Translate user needs/business drivers/technology into scalable roadmaps and governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and complex enterprise initiatives.
• Strong communication/storytelling and executive influence.

Responsibilities

• Own cyber experience strategy, roadmap, adoption, performance, governance, and continuous evolution; manage backlogs, priorities, and investment decisions.
• Lead AI-powered cybersecurity experiences (concierge agents, intelligent assistants, conversational interfaces, proactive guidance, personalized interactions).
• Create personalized, context-aware guidance, content, resources, and support delivered via the right channel.
• Define content strategy, governance, taxonomy, delivery models, and lifecycle management.
• Define digital governance, standards, and operating models.
• Partner with cybersecurity/technology/communications/business teams to prioritize, deliver, and optimize.
• Drive adoption and value via change management, communications, and measurement.
• Use analytics and user insights to improve outcomes; monitor KPIs and report to senior stakeholders.
