Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in New Jersey (Director, AI Strategy & Transformation) leads the enterprise AI and data agenda, partnering with senior executives to turn AI priorities into business outcomes. The role reports to the Senior Director, Technology, Strategy & Innovation and coordinates with JJAIC/JJDMC Co-Chairs.

On-site required with a minimum of 3 days per week and up to 2 remote days; you will drive strategic initiatives, risk management, and executive communications to advance AI adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation.
• AI and generative AI familiarity; strong financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI and data agenda strategy and execution.
• Partner with senior executives to translate AI priorities into measurable business outcomes.
• Define, prioritize, and track strategic AI initiatives.
• Facilitate workstreams and sprints; support sprint leads.
• Develop executive communications and business cases.
• Drive alignment across business, technology, data, governance.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate external perspectives into council strategies.
• Present progress with metrics and updates.
