Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a highly motivated Cyber-Intelligence Analyst/Exercise Planner to design, coordinate, and execute complex cyber exercises for our federal clients. You will drive collaboration across IC agencies and partners while ensuring security operations are integrated into exercises.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and 2–4 years in exercise planning or cyber security operations, plus CySA+ or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Intelligence, IT, or related field or equivalent professional experience; 2–4 years in exercise planning or cyber security operations
• Currently hold or be able to attain an IAT II (CySA+) or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coordination, and execution of complex cyber exercises.
• Support mission-critical customers with exercise planning and cyber operations insights.
• Build relationships across IC Agencies and partners to foster collaboration and consensus.
• Draft clear operational documents and brief high-level audiences on exercise plans and results.

Required Qualifications:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance w/ CI Poly
• Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Cybersecurity, Intelligence, IT, etc.) orequivalent professional experience. 2-4 years of experience related to exercise planning or Cyber security operations.
• Certifications:Currently hold or be able to attain an IAT II (CySA+) or equivalent certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Background in cyber, intelligence, or military exercise planning; familiarity with standard methodologies.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to draft clear operational documents and brief high-level audiences.
• InteragencyCollaboration: Experience working directly with IC and partners to build consensus and drive collaboration.
• Cyber Intelligence: Core understanding of cyber threat intelligence, threat actor TTPs, and global cyber operations.
