Job summary

IDS International in Muscatatuck, Indiana is seeking an Exercise Planner to support planning, coordination, and execution of cyber training events. This role requires strong project management and the ability to manage multiple projects within the DoD cybersecurity training domain.

You will work with stakeholders to develop objectives, coordinate resources, manage schedules, and deliver realistic, effective exercises.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience planning and managing cybersecurity training events for the DoD community.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes and timelines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cyber training events and exercises.
• Manage multiple projects with varying scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Develop exercise timelines, milestones, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training objectives are achieved.
• Support design and execution of cyber training scenarios.
• Track exercise planning activities and ensure deliverables on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal and external participants to support exercise execution.
• Assist in resource coordination and scheduling for training events.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to leadership.
• Support after-action reviews and exercise improvement efforts.
