Job summary

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. seeks a Cyber Engineer in Charleston, SC, with active DoD Top-Secret clearance for CONUS full-time work. You will support NIWC Atlantic E2S2, implementing cybersecurity measures, testing, and incident response while ensuring compliance with DoD standards.

Responsibilities include vulnerability assessments, remediation planning, and collaboration across engineering and cyber teams to defend critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with CS concentration; ABET-accredited program.
• Must hold IAM/IAT/IASAE Level I per DoD 8570.1M requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor cybersecurity measures to defend networks and data.
• Assess vulnerabilities and implement remediation and risk mitigation strategies.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents and produce required documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, cyber, and program teams to maintain DoD/NWIC Atlantic/MCSC standards.
