Job summary

Halvik Corp is seeking a Cyber Engineer to design, implement, and monitor security measures protecting computer systems, networks, and information for U.S. government contracts.

The role requires a minimum of five years in cyber engineering, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a Secret clearance with Army requirements. Candidates should have expertise in securing hardware, software, and cloud platforms, delivering secure IT infrastructure, and monitoring ongoing security operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years performing in cyber engineer role.
• Technical Proficiency: engineering, implementing, and monitoring security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information.
• Compliance: Secret Clearance; Must meet Army requirements.
• Certifications: Security+ or higher.

Responsibilities

• The implementation of security measures for hardware, software, and network platforms to ensure protection from cyber-attacks and any other possible harmful intrusions that could compromise or damage an organization's data and network infrastructure.

Position Overview

The Cyber Engineer shall be responsible for engineering, implementing, and monitoring security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Performance:
