Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead cyber breach crisis response programs for commercial clients. You will manage DFIR delivery teams, coordinate with clients and counsel, and drive incident response projects on a fast-paced, high-volume schedule.

You will communicate complex cyber concepts in clear terms, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining focus on client mission and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive project management experience, including multiple large-scale projects.
• Experience with PMO processes: project planning, resource planning, finance projections, change requests.
• Ability to pick up in-flight projects and drive to completion.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to clients and law firms clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-volume emergency incident response engagements.
• Coordinate DFIR delivery teams, on-site recovery teams, clients and counsel to stay on track.
• Develop project roadmap, milestones, and metrics; report progress and actions.
• Guide customers to minimal impact in crises and communicate outcomes clearly.
