Enlighten is seeking a Cyber Instructor to design, develop and deliver highly technical training for defense operations. You will engage learners with dynamic lectures, labs and scenario-based exercises, collaborating with instructors and curriculum developers to ensure currency and relevance.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, capability to tailor content for diverse audiences and travel up to 10% CONUS/OCONUS.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical training in classrooms or small groups.
• Experience in cyber operations and analysis.
• Experience in training curriculum development.
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS and OCONUS.

Responsabilités

• Solicit and engage customers to define learning requirements and objectives for complex technical concepts and scenario based training.
• Develop engaging training materials in formats including web-based training, videos, slides, instructor/participant guides, knowledge checks, practical exercises/labs, use cases and best practices.
• Conduct advanced training courses in cyber hunt, log analysis, intrusion investigation, software operations, platform architecture, and other topics with lectures, demonstrations and hands-on labs.
• Revise course materials to maintain currency with development processes and publications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and industry professionals to stay up-to-date with best practices to incorporate into training materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with operational units to increase training efficacy and adoption.
• Collaborate with trainers and instructional designers to develop comprehensive programs for various audiences.
• Provide mentorship to internal teams, coaching on technical skills, problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities to provide relevant training.
