Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Cyber Security Systems Administrator to join our team at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL. The role includes tier 1/2 support, server maintenance, OS configuration, and vulnerability management within a DISA STIG framework.

The ideal candidate holds an active TS/SCI clearance, a 5-year experience minimum, and strong communication skills. The position is on-site at MacDill AFB with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years’ experience; four additional years may substitute for degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with US citizenship required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong customer-service attitude.
• Experience configuring DISA STIGs; knowledge of eMASS and POA&Ms.

Responsibilities

• Provides tier 1/2 network and systems support per the SIE OPORD for complex operational databases and interfaces.
• Maintains and administers servers, storage, and file services; troubleshoots system anomalies to ensure optimum performance.
• Installs, configures, and maintains OS/software; conducts server builds, patches, backups, and recovery.
• Develops SOPs for infrastructure/VDI; maintains system records and performance metrics.
• Ensures quarterly DISA STIGs compliance and vulnerability mitigation; maintains deviations records.
