Centier Bank is seeking a Cyber Defense Analyst to support its security program across governance, risk, and compliance. The role focuses on governance, risk assessment, audit support, and control validation while contributing to day-to-day security operations.

Collaborating with Cyber Defense, IAM, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit, you will help strengthen the bank's security posture, manage findings, and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT, cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or compliance.
• Entry level cybersecurity or networking certs such as CompTIA Network+ or Security+.

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Support audits, regulatory examinations, and assessments with evidence and validation of controls.
• Track findings, vulnerabilities, risk exceptions, and remediation activities.
• Review and test cybersecurity controls to ensure they operate as intended.
• Assist with policy and governance materials and third-party risk management.
• Monitor security platforms (SIEM, endpoints, firewall, identity, vulnerability management).
• Assist with incident investigation, escalation, and response.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity reports, dashboards, and audit evidence.
