Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years in information security, training development, corporate communications, or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver security awareness training for adult learners.
• Tailor content for audiences such as security teams, developers, and leadership.
• Maintain cybersecurity communications and promote a no-blame reporting culture.
• Define KPIs/KRIs and analyze data to improve training effectiveness.
