Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst to support risk management, compliance, and governance functions. The role ensures policies, processes, and controls are in place to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

The analyst will support audits, track action items, and monitor third-party security risks and compliance activities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Information Security, or a related field.
• Certifications in Security+, CRISC, CISA, CISSP or relevant GRC credentials are a plus.
• 1–5 years in governance, risk management, compliance, or audit preferably in banking/financial services.
• Experience with risk assessments, control testing, or GRC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the GRC framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards (FFIEC, GLBA, SOX).
• Conduct risk assessments for business units, IT systems, and third-party vendors.
• Support internal and external audits and remediation tracking.
• Maintain risk registers, control matrices, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in policy development to support enterprise risk management and governance objectives.
• Track and report on risk metrics, incidents, control gaps, and compliance issues.
• Perform ongoing monitoring and testing of internal controls.
• Assist with regulatory filings and compliance reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to address risks and improve controls.
• Support implementation and maintenance of GRC tools/platforms.
