Job summary

Intact Insurance (formerly RSA) is seeking a Cyber Defence Transformation Analyst to drive continuous improvement of cyber defence tooling and processes. You will shape a data-driven security capability, aligning to evolving threats and business priorities.

You will define roadmaps, identify inefficiencies, and embed best-practice frameworks while enabling automation and scalable security operations across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cyber defence domains including vulnerability management, exposure management, SOC operations and threat intelligence.
• Experience with security tooling such as vulnerability scanners, SIEM, EDR, identity security and attack surface management platforms.
• Proven capability in automation using workflows, scripting or orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of system integration patterns, APIs and data flows across security platforms.
• Familiarity with CTEM, NIST or similar cyber security standards.
• Understanding of secure architecture principles and secure by design approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a roadmap for continuous improvement across cyber defence tooling and processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency and speed of response.
• Embed best practice frameworks and modern approaches, including exposure management, attack surface reduction and shift left principles.
• Establish metrics to track operational performance, efficiency gains and risk reduction outcomes.
