Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Manager to lead client engagements in cyber incidents, data breaches, and information security events. You will guide post-incident response, assess impacted data, and coordinate remediation with multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll advise on regulatory obligations, develop executive reports, and manage stakeholder communications. Travel and extended hours may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, cybersecurity or related field.
• 5–8 years in cyber incident response, data breach response, digital forensics, privacy/cybersecurity consulting, risk advisory or related.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end breach response engagements after containment and forensics.
• Assess impacted data and determine exposure of sensitive information.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: cybersecurity, privacy, legal, forensic, compliance, clients.
• Advise on notification, regulatory, contractual, and reporting obligations.
• Oversee data review, impact assessments, and decisions affecting individuals and orgs.
• Develop executive deliverables, regulatory submissions, and board communications.
• Guide remediation planning and controls enhancements.
• Manage large, multi-workstream projects with tight deadlines.
