Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team to lead sophisticated offensive security operations and guide delivery across internet, intranet, web apps, wireless, and cloud engagements.

You will mentor analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of cyber threat trends while representing EY at industry events. Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or related major with 6+ years of related work experience or Master’s with 3-4+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with scripting / programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl).

Responsibilities

• Lead penetration testing, red team and purple team engagements with industry frameworks.
• Oversee delivery of offensive security engagements and ensure productive collaboration with security and business teams.
• Deliver clear, concise, and actionable reports to technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts, foster collaborative culture, and stay updated on cyber threat trends.
