Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Cyber Assistant to support the procurement and delivery of food via company vehicles and to assist with the Cyber Pantry Market operations across sites.

You will maintain stock, organize packing, manage data in Excel/Google Sheets, and coordinate volunteers and client communications while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift at least 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently across multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain adequate food supply for 1,200+ monthly cyber pantry clients.
• Ensure food is properly sorted and stored in safe, sanitary conditions.
• Apply FIFO inventory practices to maintain quality and reduce waste.
• Organize packing and routing for daily deliveries.
• Follow food pantry safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor online systems to process client applications and distribute credentials on time.
• Follow up with new clients to assess their online experience.
• Collect and track client feedback on food preferences.
• Coordinate volunteer activities with the Volunteer Manager.
• Use computers and tools like Excel and Google Sheets to manage data and operations.

The Cyber Assistant is responsible for supporting the procurement and delivery of food using company vehicles. As a member of the Cyber team, this role helps develop and operate the Cyber Pantry Market.
