Job summary
Modus21, LLC., a Charleston, South Carolina-based technology consulting firm, is seeking a Cyber Applications Administrator to support RMF and STIG activities for Navy and other DoD/HLS applications. The role involves configuring and maintaining STIG Manager, OpenRMF, and related automation on SIPR and cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, CompTIA Security+, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain DoD TOP Secret clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- US citizen.
- DoD TOP Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the configuration, implementation, administration, and troubleshooting of STIG Manager on SIPR and OpenRMF.
- Support containerized application deployments and configuration.
- Assist with authentication configuration and troubleshooting (Keycloak, certificates).
- Assist with OpenRMF API integrations and related automation.
- Develop and maintain scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Coordinate with system admins, cloud engineers, and cybersecurity personnel to maintain availability and compliance.
