Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, is seeking a Program Manager to lead Cybersecurity AI initiatives across Fort Mill, Austin, and Boston in a hybrid model. The role combines program management with hands-on Scrum Master duties to align teams, track progress, and report to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program management, SAFe/Agile experience, and strong Jira/Confluence skills. You will support AI security projects and use AI tools to automate reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant program/project management experience.
• Experience with SAFe and Agile delivery environments.
• Hands-on Scrum Master experience and coaching teams on Scrum practices.
• Strong Jira proficiency; experience with Confluence is also important.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, impediments, and program-level reporting.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, AI security, or technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
• Experience using AI to automate reporting, build dashboards, and create presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects and teams across AI Security initiatives into an overall program view.
• Provide clear, consolidated program status updates to leadership and partner organizations.
• Facilitate stand-ups and Agile ceremonies, coaching teams on Scrum practices.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and blockers for timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to delivery enablement standards and SAFe practices.
• Maintain Jira for work tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Support AI Security initiatives across areas like secure browser protection, API security, and AI vaulting.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and deliverables such as dashboards and presentations.
