Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise AI platform and its AI agent portfolio.

You will coordinate multi-team delivery, governance, and security to move AI agents from prototype to production, with a hybrid on-site presence in Boston. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of delivery leadership, strong Agile release planning skills, and hands-on knowledge of AI agents and Azure security, enabling scalable enterprise AI

Qualificações

• 8+ years of program, product, or technology delivery management experience.
• Strong scaled Agile experience, including release planning and dependency management.
• Working knowledge of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, tool calling, orchestration, and AI evaluation.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to interpret logs, telemetry, and evaluation results.
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Familiarity with Azure enterprise environments, identity, security, and secrets management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise AI platform and its AI agent portfolio. The role involves managing multi-team delivery, coordinating engineering and security stakeholders, and establishing governance to move AI agents from prototype to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Exposure to production operations, SLOs, and incident management.
