Program Manager (Cybersecurity AI)

The Program Manager will support the Cybersecurity organization’s AI Security initiatives, coordinating multiple teams and projects to ensure alignment, track progress, manage dependencies, and provide consolidated status reporting to executive leadership. This role will combine program management responsibilities with hands-on Scrum Master support to help teams meet established delivery enablement standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Coordinate multiple projects and teams across AI Security initiatives, consolidating progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies into an overall program view.
• Executive Reporting: Provide clear, consolidated program status updates and reporting to leadership and partner organizations that own the broader AI initiatives.
• Agile/Scrum Support: Provide hands-on Scrum Master support, facilitate stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies, and help teams improve their Scrum practices.
• Dependency and Impediment Management: Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, remove blockers, and support timely delivery.
• Delivery Standards Compliance: Ensure teams adhere to LPL’s established delivery enablement standards and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices.
• Jira and Confluence Management: Maintain strong Jira usage for work tracking, backlog management, and status reporting, with Confluence supporting documentation and collaboration.
• AI Security Initiatives: Support projects across areas such as secure browser protection, AI firewall, endpoint control, red teaming, API security, and AI vaulting.
• AI Tool Adoption: Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and automate deliverables, including presentations, dashboards, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant program/project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile delivery environments.
• Hands-on Scrum Master experience, including facilitating ceremonies and coaching teams on Scrum practices.
• Strong Jira proficiency; experience with Confluence is also important.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, impediments, and program-level reporting.
• Ability to consolidate project-level details into executive-level updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience working within structured delivery frameworks and enforcing established standards
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, AI security, or technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
• Experience using AI to automate reporting, build dashboards, and create presentations.
• Relevant Agile/SAFe certifications are beneficial, but practical experience is the priority.

Estimated Min Rate: $56.00
