Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer at Manager level to lead the delivery of AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, from prototype to production. You will work with client teams to deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection, and remediation, while mentoring delivery staff and shaping engineering requirements.

Expect hands-on architecture, pair programming, and collaboration with frontier model providers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering with AI/ML deployment experience.
• Experience deploying frontier AI models or LLMs for cybersecurity.
• Strong ability to build agents, tool integrations, and evaluation harnesses.
• Knowledge of secure AI delivery, DevSecOps, and trusted architectures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical delivery, workstreams, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants while staying hands-on.
• Collaborate with frontier model providers to evaluate cyber capabilities.
• Develop reusable components, evaluation suites, and delivery playbooks.
• Support proposals, demonstrations, and account growth.
