Job summary

Inspira is seeking an IT Operations Admin II to support the CXOne application suite and related telecom systems. You will serve as the in-house expert, designing IVR workflows, configuring CXOne components, and integrating CXOne with Salesforce and Omilia.

You will also monitor, document, and improve processes to ensure uptime and compliance. The role requires collaboration with Operations and Client Service teams, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor others while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience administering CXOne and related telecom applications.
• Ability to design IVR workflows and troubleshoot CXOne configurations.
• Experience integrating CXOne with external systems via REST/SOAP/SQL APIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-house CXOne expert for configuration and troubleshooting.
• Design and develop IVR workflows using CXOne Studio.
• Integrate CXOne with external systems via APIs (REST, SOAP, SQL).
• Configure users, skills, campaigns, and dashboards.
• Ensure CXOne aligns with security policies and compliance standards.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for telecom systems and SLAs.
• Collaborate with business units and IT stakeholders on CXOne enhancements.
• Document workflows, escalation procedures, and system changes.
• Field end-user tickets and resolve application issues across systems.
• Investigate root causes, test fixes, and monitor trends to prevent recurrence.
