Job summary

Inspira Financial is hiring an IT Operations Admin II to support the CXOne application suite and related telecom systems. You will work with Operations and Client Service to build, maintain, and optimize processes, driving stability and efficiency in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The role requires technical troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, with a focus on reliability, security, and continuous improvement across Inspira platforms including Salesforce

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a technical client support or technical analyst role.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field; industry certs encouraged.
• Experience supporting large-scale contact center operations and WFM/CRM integrations.
• Strong IVR, ACD, call routing, and reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-house CXOne expert for administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Design and develop IVR workflows using CXOne Studio.
• Integrate CXOne with external systems via APIs (REST, SOAP, SQL).
• Configure users, skills, campaigns, and dashboards; ensure security/compliance.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for telecom systems and SLAs.
• Monitor, triage, and respond to Inspira application inquiries; log defects.
