Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the evolution of the CX portfolio, roadmap, and reference architecture.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to drive customer experience strategy.
• Participate in delivery of projects across UI/UX designers, business analysts and product owners.
• Produce concept service designs and artifacts like personas and journey maps.
• Collaborate with CX architects and data owners to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Stay current with innovations in experience design and processes.
