Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience is required.
• Experience building tooling, especially using AI, is preferred.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own design and development of AI systems for customer issue resolution.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve issue resolution times.

Skills
