Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field is required or equivalent experience.
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in software development, architecture, platform engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex enterprise platforms or cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define current-state, transition-state, and future-state architecture and the engineering roadmap for Customer Experience Systems.
• Lead technical discovery, assess feasibility, complexity, dependencies, risks, effort, capacity, and sequencing.
• Provide technical leadership for Genesys Cloud CX migrations and integration, security, observability, and lifecycle health.
• Lead solution design across applications, services, APIs, data flows, cloud, networks, and infrastructure.
• Mentor resources, review designs, and ensure architecture standards and long-term supportability.
