Travefy is hiring a remote, independent contractor for full-time customer support. The role supports travel professionals via chat and email, collaborating with an AI agent, and occasionally handling phone escalations.

You’ll work Philippines time hours and overlap with teammates in the Philippines and the US as needed. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer support within SaaS, strong English writing, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting customers in a SaaS platform.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality support across live chat and email, with occasional phone escalation.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and guide customers through workflows with calm confidence.
• Escalate bugs, issues and account concerns to the right teams promptly.
• Manage multiple conversations without losing context.
• Identify trends in customer pain points and product feedback.
• Contribute to help articles and internal process improvements.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and urgent customer service.
