Job summary

Comp Ai is seeking an experienced Customer Success professional to own a growing book of SMB and lower mid-market accounts from kickoff through renewal readiness in our Miami-area HQ.

You’ll leverage AI to prep for calls, summarize history, draft content, and spot automation opportunities, while maintaining high NPS and CSAT. Expect hands-on customer management and cross-functional collaboration to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing tech roles at B2B SaaS.
• Tech-savvy with ability to read integrations and APIs.
• Strong EQ and conflict resolution experience.
• Excellent organization and note-taking for large accounts.
• Data-driven with ability to query numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts from kickoff to renewal readiness, tracking health, NPS, and CSAT.
• Regularly check-in with accounts; join calls as needed.
• Set expectations at kickoff and manage proactive updates.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, audit, and sales to unblock customers.
• Identify automation opportunities and build playbooks and templates.
