Job summary

OG Consulting, Inc. seeks a Qualtrics Digital Implementation Specialist to implement, configure, and optimize Qualtrics solutions that power enterprise CX programs. You will work with technical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

This is a full-time contract position for 4 months with EST hours, focused on deploying, testing, and maintaining Qualtrics DX and related feedback initiatives across client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Qualtrics implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of CX and VoC programs.
• Experience with Qualtrics Digital, Website Feedback, or XM Platform.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and optimize Qualtrics Digital Experience solutions.
• Deploy and manage website intercepts, digital feedback programs, and CX initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Qualtrics solutions.
• Perform QA testing, troubleshoot implementation issues, and ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Manage multiple implementation projects and timelines.
• Maintain implementation documentation and best practices.
