Job summary

Kraft Heinz seeks a Product & Package Assurance Program Manager to scale the enterprise benchmarking program, translate consumer experiences into technical specs, and drive product and packaging improvements across brands. You will lead cross-functional teams with R&D, Marketing, and Insights, ensuring rigorous execution and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes standardization, RCA, vendor management, and translating insights into actionable design updates, with hybrid work flexibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Behavior, Psychology, Marketing Research, Engineering, Food Science, Human Factors, Industrial Design, or related STEM field.
• 6+ years (BS), 5+ years (MS) or 4+ years (PhD) in consumer/product research or related insights with progression as a technical authority.
• Ability to translate consumer needs into clear experience requirements and decision criteria; influence product/packaging decisions.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and evolve the benchmarking program; train and rollout methodologies.
• Standardize guidelines, reporting, RCA processes, and analytics with playbooks and toolkits.
• Lead a CX Benchmarking Scientist and ensure high-quality, repeatable execution across workstreams.
• Partner with CX Associate Directors & Procurement to manage vendor partners and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead RCA on experience outages and translate insights into actionable product updates.
