You will lead robust annual product status discussions using cross‑functional inputs and benchmarking results to drive targeted action for in‑market performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum in a relevant field.
• 6+ years (BS) / 5+ years (MS) or 4+ years (PhD) in consumer/product research or related field.
• Proven executive alignment and stakeholder management.
• Strong program operating discipline with governance, dashboards, KPIs and cadence design.
• Ability to translate complex information into leadership communications.

Responsabilités

• Align executives on benchmarking program vision and cadence.
• Stand up enterprise governance and escalation paths.
• Build and maintain enterprise dashboards and reporting.
• Automate core program operations with Finance/Analytics/Tech.
• Lead annual product status updates across cross‑functional teams.
• Develop quarterly tracking to surface action items.
• Create communication rhythms for LT updates and cross‑BU forums.
• Drive socialization and training to embed the benchmarking program.
• Coordinate across business units for consistent rollout.
• Track program health and drive corrective actions.
