Job summary

Polymarket, the world's largest prediction market platform, is hiring a senior analytics engineer to own CX data foundational layer. You will design dbt models, build pipelines, and shape the semantic layer turning raw support data into actionable insight for a fast-paced team.

You will work with data from multiple sources, define metrics, and create dashboards that enable CX, ops, and leadership to answer questions quickly. Strong SQL, dbt, and cloud data warehousing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering.
• Expert SQL and dbt with modeling, testing, and documentation.
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
• Experience with data ingestion tools (Fivetran or Airbyte) and Python.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dbt data models for support data.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into the cloud warehouse.
• Build data quality tests, monitoring, and documentation.
• Define shared metrics and dimensions in the semantic layer.
• Build dashboards and self-serve datasets for CX teammates.
• Identify recurring failure patterns and document findings for CX playbook.
• Partner with central data engineering on pipelines and governance.
